Should I quit my job?
Context: It's my first real working experience, I'm 20, it's not much but I can pay my college, transportation, small luxuries, my cats food, etc. I still live with my mom and she reminds me everyday that I can be home studying if I want to, I don't NEED this job and would be more helpful to her if I were home most of the time, actually. In my country we have something like the ESATs but for getting a job, like a public job instead of a private one, so if I quit and start studying for this, she'd be glad to pay for everything again. In the 18th I'll be here for 6 months. It's actually a good job taking into consideration it's my first one.
BUT, the people!!!!!!!!!! I'm not dumb, I know people will be mean regardless of where but most people above me here are friends with each other so I'd be most likely fired if I stand my ground. AND GOD I WANT TO, it's been two times this old lady embarassed me in public under the pretense of teaching me. Now the cleaning lady also tried embarassing me for nothing? I was having a private conversation in my pause. I'm not sad, I'm boiling from rage. I have the same temperament as my mother so it's a wonder how am I holding and being so polite (to the point of being dumb). I'm done.
SO I ASKED THE CARDS, SHOULD I QUIT?????
I got this.
Deck: The light seer's
My interpretation: Yes, I should. There's just too much stress for too little compensation, it was a good starting point but that's what it is as I'm not really building anything by staying here, I'm just working myself to sickness. It's time to end it and start over now that I know how hard it is. I also feel like it was necessary for me to understand how easy I have it.
