Am i overreacting: Husbands secret instagram account

Found husbands private instagram account that has thousands of gay followers (I did not log on but found his profile) He has deleted account once I found it. He said he never sent anyone pictures but I have now found out that he has sent his picture to loads of different gay instagram pages to get uploaded. I'm heartbroken. He would not let me browse on the instagram page before he shut it down because he said he was embarrassed. It's made me really paranoid he's hiding more and I asked to look at his phone and he's refused saying its private and it's his right to say no. He also won't talk to me and said im giving him anxiety and I need to just drop it now. I since found out that he has renamed the account several times before closing it. Iv seen a lot of virtually naked pictures and I'm so upset. I feel completely heartbroken 💔. Iv asked him if he's gay and he is insisting he's not and just did it for a confidence boost and nothing more and I just need to drop it now. Am I being over the top? I don't know how to handle it 😕
