"Work-life balance" is a scam. I'm not able to attend my best friends wedding because of my work. Work comes first but some how I'm loosing my friendships I felt so bad that l'm not able to attend his weeding for which we were planning since last 12 years. I don't know confused a lot should I quit or have to wait for another job.
