My second cousins are dating. Should I feel weird about it?

I recently learned that a couple of my second cousins are dating. Both sets of parents couldn't be happier and hang out with each other while basically every one else in the family tree is secretly mouthing to each other "wtf".

My initial reaction was much the same. Am I wrong to feel weird about it? Can anyone weigh in? Thanks in advance.
