JAIN vs JECRC vs LPU for BCA in Cyber Security

myquals : 12th exams done, awaiting results ...

So my first question is, which one? i have three options LPU, JECRC and JAIN and i am confused to decide which one to choose.

2nd question is what if i score less that 60%? i am expecting nearby 55% of marks in 12th, all of these three has a minimum criteria of 60% marks, will i still get into anyone of them even if i have less marks?
