UW MSW Program

I'm looking for some firsthand knowledge of the Master of Social Work program at University of Washington.

How is the program? It seems a bit unprofessionally run - hard to get answers from staff, moving deadlines, left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, confusing emails, etc. But maybe that doesn't matter.
