Monitor goes blank (loses signal) when any white content is displayed.

Some more info :

1. Only happens on Windows, NVIDIA 4060 ti GPU.

2. I am using an HDMI splitter (Anker) which is quite important to my setup. Problem goes way when I plug the HDMI directly to the monitor.

3. Problem goes away if I switch on night light on windows.

4. Additionall, blue colored, tiny artifacts appear on the left edge of the screen.
