Lag in SA Server is Barely Barely Playable

The game is nearly unplayable in SA server. Constant rollbacks and lag spikes. It's been like this since the end of the final wipe. Before, the server used to be smooth and low latency for me. Now, every single game is absurdely lagged. It's almost like I am playing in a server from another continent.

I've heard that there is a general problem about lag accross all servers, but I really suspect that in SA is probably much worse.

What it seems, is that IM is trying to reduce infrastructure cost by shrinking the server instances. If it's the case, they clearly shrunk too much.
