Should I Negotiate rent with Landlord?

Have a family of 3 in a 2BR apartment in Fitchburg with 1350 for rent. Rent will be going to 1450 in a month.

Looking on websites all show at least that much for a 2br here (unless I'm looking wrong, been at this place 9 years and out of practice rent hunting).

Is it worth trying to negotiate rent, or could that possibly result in them not renewing the lease/taking it back?
