Thoughts on Cipher V2 with Acheron

So a lot of people have started to doompost cipher that she is not worth it etc. She cant use the tutorial LC, her ult cost too high as well. Her subdps dmg also nerfed etc.

So the thing is people are underestimating the lengths at which hoyo is being desparate here!! In the entire history of HSR we NEVER had these hard nerfs at V2. So why all of a sudden. These are clearly panic nerfs intended to throw people off. For Fcks sake just look at the current banners. Both Acheron and Jiaoqiu. They WANT you to get Jiaoqiu and E2 Acheron. Cipher was previously completely shafting this combo by providing an alternate option. Yes JQ was still BiS with Acheron however for those people that didnt like the NPCsque Jiaoqiu design.. They could run

E0 Acheron Cipher Pela FuXuan(on Trend)

or

E2 Acheron cipher Sunday

• Cipher was a very clear Pela update and for some people that break thorough was enough to skip Jiaoqiu or like E2 Acheron. Having like Cipher + JQ with E0 Acheron completely devalued her E2. I even know some folks with E2 Acheron and JQ being sad that Cipher isnt like value in the team... and if it was E0 Acheron it would have been far more fun with Cipher + JQ!!

So now the real test is for the strong willed! Do you have the capacity to wait this one out strategically for V3/4.
