Wattpad app not working? Mine or someone’s too.

Is this me or somebody else too who’s wattpad is not working. No updates, nothing just a buffering showing on for hours. How can it be resolved. I have tried logging out the account, uninstalling and reinstalling the same but nothing is working out.
