Potty training!

Hi! I’m 27 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have a 2 year old as of yesterday 🥺 Anywho I’m here for arguments sake, as I love being right. My husband keeps telling our two year old that she needs to pee, poop, blah blah, on the potty. He keeps telling me that I need to try harder to get her to use the potty (I am a sahm default parent so spend way more time with her) My argument is 1. I KNOW she isn’t ready. She’s simply not ready. I told him that many toddlers don’t reach “true readiness” until 3. He says “well she’s smart, she can be ready earlier” and 2. We’re literally about to have a BABY. In diapers. I’ve tried explaining to him that there’s a 100% chance that she will regress when the new baby comes and he thinks I’m overthinking it or some shit I don’t know. He thinks I just don’t want to “take the time” to potty train her and am making up excuses 😂 someone please tell me I’m right lol
