Protogen Visor Project

I'm working on designing a full wrap-around visor display using a flexible PCB and tiny RGB LEDs. The only issue is that I need a reference to go off of to design a 2D flex PCB that will bend to fit in the visor.

Essentially, I need to 2D projection of the interior shape. Does anyone have any pointers? Are most protogen visors the same size? Is there a large variance? Will I need to actually buy one to prototype?
