Platform(s): This was available online, I believe in the 2010's, if I remember right you did not download it, it had its on website and was played like a flash game

Graphics/art style: Fixed 3D, vector art (not confident on art styles)

Notable characters: None, but I do remember one of the first levels had some weird head that moved between rooms on a track.

Notable gameplay mechanics: Clicking on object, finding keys, clicking on items in order mattered, going forward and backward between rooms to use clues.

Other details: I remember that the name of the game was one word, one of the puzzles involved moving a boat between dams, one puzzle had a large grid had to be turned green by clicking on cubes in a certain order.
