Laggy EU servers

Lately I've been noticing some pretty insane ms spikes in the late afternoon/nightime in the EU servers. I have tried London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt, but they all seem to be the same.
Am I the only one having this happen for, or are any of you also experiencing this? Or maybe if anyone has a fix?!?
Any other time of the day its no problem and Im sitting at around 5-10 ms, but then every single night without fail it fucks up.
