Read these NBA finals stats before putting in any futures bets

Anything lower than a 3rd seed has only won the NBA finals twice. Once in 1995 (Rockets,6th seed) and 1969 (Celtics, 4th seed)

1st seed: 52 wins

2nd seed: 16 wins

3rd seed: 8 wins

That gives the Thunder, Rockets, Lakers, Cavs, Celtics, and knicks a 97.4% chance of winning and it’s a 66.7% chance of it being one of the #1 seeds.

A 5th and 8th seed has never won

A 7th seed has never even had a finals appearance.

By these numbers alone… Right now the Rockets are the best value bet you can make, while the Warriors are the worse.
