Update on embarssing medical issue to tell parents

(Writing this at doctors) So I told my parents and I went to the hospital. Luckily it wasn't that busy so I got checked out. The doctor looked me over and said I had a basic infection from most likely swimming in public pools and I just need to rest and take some meds. He did say however I need to be more careful and take more pain meds than usual because...I'll just say I looked at hot guys online too much. So now I'm more embarrassed than I've ever been and my parents are kinda pissed at me for not telling them for a bit and looking at guys way too much. 😭😭😭 Thanks for all the advice on my old post tho.
