Has anyone had frame issues atm?

I tried the new op on ruthless just to see how it was done and got a lot of issues with my shot / parries not registered. Also some of the tyranids were trying to hit me with their parry/unblockable hits and wasn’t even receiving any damage

Does anyone have the same issue?
