Do I need a Ubiquiti switch?

Hi all, had a security incident at my home recently and the current security cameras were of no help. I am looking at switching over to a Ubiquiti system using a Gateway Max, G6 bullets and a turret or two. The current cameras are PoE running on a Netgear PoE switch. Am I able to use that switch or am I required to get a Ubiquiti PoE switch? Thanks!
