where to find rental properties in toronto

i'm moving to toronto, hopefully this summer, but while i wait for PR to come through, i can't get a mortgage, so i'm looking to rent a place. i haven't had to look for a place to rent in almost 20 years, and i'm sure the landscape has changed and would be different in canada regardless. what sites have you found the most helpful when looking for a place to live?
