I need a simple shader

Sorry I know people asked this question already I just couldn't find anything normal, I want a shader that has simple lighting no crazy ultra realistic lights. So things like a torch that lights up caves maybe and some shadows but nothing blinding. Not because of performance issues but because I hate getting a seizure and not being able to see anything when I play.
