Anyone else go on their phone as soon as they wake each morning and before sleep?

Wondering how many other addicts like me. From the moment I goto sleep 10pm each night to waking up 5am I go on my phone.. Anyone else do this?

Fyi i have darkmode on, bluelight filter and brightness turned to lowest
