AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO CANT CLIMB A LADDER ON CONSOLE?

Some ladders are impossible to climb no matter what i do. Some i can crouch at the top and it lets me but there are some where not even crouching works. There is a rusty tower i try to climb by the safe zone in the middle of the map and its impossible. Im sure its a bug but its very annoying.
