Should I make a new account or reuse the old one?

So I have a main art account on Instagram where I share general work, but I want to share a specific art project without flooding the main account. I also have a second art account which was dedicated to two different projects (started with one and then refurbished it for the second) and is currently deactivated. While this account already has a bit of an audience, it also has to deal with the algorithm that the two previous projects altered.

In terms of getting better reach, is it best just to reuse the second account or just start with a clean slate?
