Hidden Add-On's

US Sale

My sister bought her new car last week. We have the exact car but different color. As she was showing me the car, she mentioned that she is still waiting for the car mats to come in at the dealer. But she has car mats already in her car. I asked her what other ones did she have ordered, and she looked confused. She showed me the paperwork and the window sticker. The window sticker says that she was charged extra for "Carpeted Floor Mats". I told her to text her sales guy and simply ask what kind of floor mats are they waiting for, and he replies, "All Weather Floor Mat". I thought that is weird - two separate floor mats. And as I am looking over her paperwork, I noticed the Cash price is way above sticker with add-on price. I back into the her finance numbers, and there is about $2,500 unaccounted for - after sales tax, TTL, doc fees, etc. There are no additional add-on's like Gap. I asked her about why the Cash price is so much higher. She said that she thinks he added tint and shrugged her shoulders. (Insert: Shaking my head at her) Tint and All Weathered Mats are not listed any where in the contract. I think the sales guy added tint, extra floor mats, and whatever he wanted to in order to run up that Cash Price.

My question is.. In Texas, should those added extras be listed somewhere in her contract?
