Looking for the most reliable PS5 model

Hello there! I looking for a ps5, my first one, I already searched on reddit and google about the better model but the answers are kinda cringe, most of the time people act like PS5 has no flaws at all, the only good information I gather so far was about the PS5 fat revision 1014A and others 10xx with critical overheating problems (https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/playstation-brasil-oficial/vicio-oculto-do-ps5-modelo-cfi-1014a-aquecimento\_byYLRy96q\_4OWWL-/).

I was looking for a fat model but after that I not sure, are there other problematic fat or slim revisions?
