What happened to some barbers in UK towns?

As an Asian, I noticed that turkish/middle eastern barbers in the uk towns are not competent and very clueless at what they're doing? There is only like one/two very competent barber in those shops that can pull off different styles on any head and they are there so that short clips of their outcomes can be posted on tiktoks and youtube for advertisement. that's it and they're not available there all the time.

These different turkish barbers in my town keep messing up my hair on every single visit, no matter how much I explain or show reference pictures - always end up with the same old mess-up, it's frustrating. Part of it might be due to language barrier? but a lot of it has do with their skill or lack thereof. They probably only know one or two style like easy fade or something. The lack of awareness is even more shocking - they pretend that their end-result is what I wanted, instead of owning up/apologizing or striving to get better LOL?

Yes they are welcoming and friendly but also suck at what they do unfortunately.

I live in a small town in the north of uk so i dont have many options nearby.

They don't know how to texture hair on top, they have no idea what 'blowout taper' is / 'quiff' is / how to style them etc. Can you believe they don't even know how to do 'cross cutting with scissors' to add texture, LOLOL??
