Long time client wants cleaning package I don't offer

Hi All. Just want a vibe check before speaking with the client.

Weekly client, moved from 3bed 3bath rental to 5bed 6bath with almost twice the square footage and a lot of fancy detailing. She's been getting a very cheap rate based on 1) everythings being thoroughly cleaned every week, 2) rental house was very plain & simple.

Now she still wants me to come every week for the same amount of time (4 hours), but she wants me to clean whatever rooms are on her list that week. I know it will always be the hardest rooms too!

My problem is that if I'm cleaning the bathrooms now every 2nd or 3rd week, it's no longer this very cheap weekly maintenance routine. Very very messy young kids so build up happens fast even over one week.

I'm considering telling her I will do her once a week "whatever" list at my deep cleaning rate, or I can refer her to someone else. I hate to fire a weekly client when I don't have a replacement, but really, 4 hours of kitchen, baths and floors is a whole different thing than 4 hours of light maintenance on bedrooms, etc.

Thoughts/ways to discuss this with her?
