Legal Research Paper Topic

Hey everyone! I'm a law student taking an emerging technologies class where I need to write a final research paper. The professor has given us a ton of leeway with what we can write about. However, it must present an original solution to a problem or present a unique problem with a solution.

I want to write about an emerging trend/tech in AI that has legal implications, but I cannot find anything unique from a legal perspective. A lot of existing legal research seems focused on generative AI, not agentic, so this might be a way?

Let me know what you guys think, and I really appreciate any topic suggestions! I want to write about something truly unique and novel.
