What bearings are used in the VanMoof s2 front fork?

I’m trying to refurbish my VanMoof s2. The turbo button was “stuck” due to a broken wire which I managed to fix. But the steer was also a bit rattle-ly and loose so I opted to take off the fork and found that the bottom bearing was completely rusted away. I measured it and bought this one to replace it: https://www.12gobiking.nl/bbb-bhp-185-balhoofdlager it seems to fit perfectly but when I put things back together the whole steering is very stiff. I’ve got the feeling the top bearing is also acting up. Everything seems to be fine until I tighten the bolt that goes in the top of the steering wheel. Does this issue ring any bells for anyone? Am I just missing something obvious in my reassembly? And does anyone know what top and bottom bearings the front fork uses exactly? Just to make sure I haven’t screwed up there.
