Can I get Bcom hons at Mithabai Mumbai based on 12th marks

So my backup option is mithibai as i didnt register for other entrance exams and mithibai takes admission on basis of 12th marks and its cutoff is 90% in 12th boards so is it that easy to get admission in mithibai or i am underestimating ( i think i will get around 94% in boards)
