Is it possible to get the Erebus gun without Tech 20, Quickhacks or Mantis Blades?

I just googled a bit to see if there is any way to get to the Erebus and it seems I have picked the worst build for this. I don’t have Quickhacks so that doesn’t work. I only have Tech 18 so I can’t open the door that way. And I don’t have mantis blades and double jump to get into the vent after the sealed gate. Am I fcked?
