For those also new and trying to discover (I show my own pipeline into hyperpop, also Twikipedia love n appreciation post lol)

So I wanted to share my own pipeline:

I discovered twikipedia a couple months ago and kurtains. They're both damn good, and associated/members of a collective of hyperpop artists called Mommworld (Kurtains is a member but I think Twiki is just associated, tho she does mention momm on a song). Mommworld has a cypher where they all do a gangster rap with British accents for some reason 😂 But the names on it has really helped me branch out.

Obligatory cypher list: Kurtains, Quinn, Angelus, d0llywood1, wido, ericdoa, ways, Stef, Midwxst, swagtastic, kuru, zootzie

Alot of them have collabed with each other beyond the cypher, but also with artists not in it: blackwinterwells, sebii, lieu, kid trash, lei, roddie, siouxxie sixxsta, and A LOT more

If anyone knows of any other collectives or good artists I didn't mention feel free to drop a comment. Also not hyperpop but I'm going to take a moment to appreciate lil darkie and Christ Dillinger as well 😂

Twiki dedicated paragraph: Honestly to me she is queen. She has branched to shoegaze recently (starting with the rest of your life 2024) and has made more shoegaze under another name: keyvslocket. Since the release of rest of your life afaik we have not seen another official hyperpop release (I do love the shoegaze from her though too). But I did see her today post on the twikipedia gram a snippet of a hyperpop track, so I don't believe she has fully converted to shoegaze. The keyvslocket stuff was just officially released pretty recently, so it will probably be a minute before we see new stuff though. For anyone daring to look, she has a lot of secret soundclouds (though some of which are a DEEP, deepdive. The soundclouds contain unreleased and unofficial tracks, some of which are remixes/inc beats/chorus of other artists and it's very random (I'm talking from Radiohead to afourteen to all kinds of stuff)
