Considering applying for Delta (Austin) from Envoy(DFW)

So here’s a little bit of context.

I’ve been with envoy for about three years. I 3.5 hours from DFW, and about 1.5 from Austin My husband makes plenty, not doing it for $$.

My top priorities are having a good schedule (working less days a month), keeping similar travel benefits to what I have now (equal priority to AA), and going to new destinations.

Currently, I’m a line holder working four 4 day trips a month.

Could someone share experience with scheduling with Delta in Austin. What will my schedule look like on day one? How long will I be on reserve? What will my schedule look like in year five if I have kids?
