Tattoo artist purposefully gave me the wrong tattoo. Can I sue?

Hey guys 🙁 I’m currently living in Location: California and a tattoo artist was supposed to give me a tattoo of a family member’s initials and DOB on my back, just below my neck. The tattoo artist decided as a “joke” to put a swastika. Idk what to do. Can I sue?
