What can I do for the last few weeks?

For context:

NBME 25 - Jan: 63.5% NBME 27 - Jan: 66% NBME 28 - Feb: 62.5% (I gave this one with a lot going) NBME 29 - April: 63%

Planning to take 30 and 31 the next 2 weeks. How can I increase my scores? I feel a bit annoyed looking at first aid now and don’t know what else to do anymore?

I’ve been going through my Uworld incorrects as well. Any advice? Planning to sit for the exam in 3-4 weeks.
