Here are the things I know for sure.

It is not Lattafa, it is not Loris, and it is not Lalique. He said it's just letters, maybe an abbreviation (according to him).

We are in Türkiye; he bought it in Türkiye 6 months ago.
The first letter of its brands name is L and the last is I
The first 2 letter of the perfumes name is Ur
It has a normal fragrance bottle. Rectangular, extended cylinder-ish? He said it's not popular.
He said the price would give it away. Not very expensive and not too cheap. It is in the cheaper category.
You can buy it pretty easily; it is in a store, not on the internet.
It is sub-1000 Turkish Liras, 26.26 dollars (as of making this).
It is black but has an orange fade.
You probably wouldn't find it in an airport.
Lacoste is pretty close in category-wise.
