Completed half of bachelors while in military and now applying for VRE question

So I work in an IT role right now that comes with physical demands and 100% in person that exacerbates my SCD. I am applying for VRE to move into a cloud based/cybersecurity role. My question is how hard would it be for me to get the last half of my bachelors approved along with a masters degree in my plan and does anyone have an example of justification to have used?
