Girl from middle school posted that I’m a predator while leaving vital information out

Location: Scotland (video poster is in US)

So 3 months ago a video was posted on Youtube without my knowledge labeling me as a creep and a predator.

I just found it and it’s a girl who I was friends with for a brief time in middle school, there was crucial information she left out of the situation and now it’s been viewed 2k times. While she doesn’t mention me by name, she is telling information about the group we were in for school which could identify me. Now I reached out to apologize for making her uncomfortable, but I never did say or believe I was preying on her.

The situation goes as follows: we met, I had a crush on her and she told me she did too (in the video she claims she didn’t) and we got into sexual talking, she brings up how i “out of the blue” said I had sexual thoughts and had pleasured myself to her (when in reality we were having a sexual conversation prior to this statement) Now she made no indication that she was uncomfortable, she continued talking to me but then a couple days after she told her friend I was a predator and harassed me.

Here is the important information: She had a brother who was molesting her, she confided in me during that time and I told her I would need to report it because he was still actively around her, she got upset after I reported the situation to CPS which I informed her about. She told be I had betrayed her and this is when the friendship went downhill and her friend harassed me.

I have apologized if I made her uncomfortable, she said it’s okay and then when I asked her to edit that part out of the video she just responded “Idk” So I told her if she doesn’t take it down I will get a legal team to sue her for defamation and slander because she is leaving key parts out that makes it seem like I’m predatory.

Is there anything else I can do? I feel incredibly upset by this post and want it taken down as soon as possible
