Help… Missing or Damaged?

Just picked up my route. I have 40 packages in total. My first two is 49 mins away from the warehouse, and 3-40 is 59 mins away from the first two… Then, the last stop would make me an hour & 17 mins away from home. Im thinking about only doing 3-40 since they’re all grouped together, and marking the first two as missing ( but Imma still return it back to the station)…. Im not sure if I should mark it as MISSING (but still return it) OR DAMAGED. Im returning it either way, I just dont want to get the ding. So, what would yall do?
