Scheduled a payment for today. When will it take out of bank account?

Filed a few months back. Owed both NC and the IRS. Neither gave me any confirmation but I scheduled payment on due date. When will they both take from my bank account? I was planning on waking up today with the money being out but guess that’s not the case? Thanks!
