Period And Hypomanic episode

How do people deal with this when i go on my period i sometimes get pushed into a depressed but this time its not its strange because i've been in a hypomanic episode for 3-4 weeks and just started my period im very Irritated easily snapping and i have the urge to harm myself (i haven’t done anything) but im not even depressed or sad its just my hypomanic episode mixed with my periods irritability.
