old preferred name on my diploma (not a legal name)

i was just wondering if anyone’s had any issues with this, i went by dice in high school and they were nice enough to put it on my diploma too—unfortunately that is not my name anymore. it was never a legal name change they just changed it for me in the school system. I have to submit my diploma to the trade school i’m enrolling in. Is this going to be an issue at all?
