Photos recoved

Hi so I'm kinda new to reddit cause I had a question and I know reddit is kinda a place if want a answer (mostly) Se recently I bought a new phone and ofc installed everything and cloned my phone (that's an app that does it for me) And ofc it also has recovered my photos, but it was kinda weird seeing photos that have been permanently deleted from my phone. So does any of u guys know why there were photos recovered that shouldn't even be able to be recovered?
