Is anyone worried that the writer’s strike might had a negative effect on S2?
The scripts were finished on time, yes. But usually these get tweaked on the daily when shooting them, and it’s normal to have the writers on set handling the rewrites. This, obviously wasn’t possible for S2 as the writers weren’t allowed to work.
S2 of “House of The Dragon” was a huge letdown, it moved at a glaciar pacing and felt very stilted. Many were blaming the absence of writers while it was being shot.
