Embarrassed when speaking in a large group

Today i had to introduce myself to a large group and i got so embarrassed and started getting hot in the face and couldn’t look people in the eye. Now I’m embarrassed about acting that way and can’t shake it off thinking people will remember how i got red in the face and couldn’t calm down and speak to them directly. How do i avoid feeling this way. I can’t even introduce myself in a large casual group and it’s so annoying
