Instagram/meta ads

I got restricted from running ads on Instagram for no reason. I asked for a review and filled out the info and got unrestricted shortly after. However it’s still saying I’m restricted and not allowing me to run ads, they even said it was a mistake. How do I fix this and start running ads again?
