First time having hemorrhoids

As the title say this is my first time having hemorrhoids, they are all internal and I have some prolapsed ones but now it's only noticable when trying to have a bowel movement and have gone back to where they should. I've had extreme constipation and my appetite has decreased but that's due to stress and a new medication. Anyways when feeling around. About 3 inches deep I felt quite a large dense lump, pressure, no bleeding, and just discomfort. Been to the ER, couldn't do an exam due to problems, I'm not super backed up do have a lot of gas trapped from what my x-rays show. Anyways my question is what do large internal hemorrhoids feel like because labs came back all normal so I'm not too concerned about what it is. I think it's a pretty large dollar to toonie sized lump to the upper left side of my rectum and I've had absolutely no bleeding thankfully. Just some insight on your experiences and what they have felt like for you would be great, obviously you can't give me medical advice but I will be following up with a doctor for it regardless.
