Looking to Mill

I visited my high school best friend and we played some Commander. He used his Mill deck and it went off. So now I'm trying to build a Mill deck. I'd rather not copy his deck, it's a lot more fun building my own deck. I do understand that we might have some of the same cards, that's ok. My Commander is [[The Wise Mothman]]. I'm looking to buy the Precon and then upgrade it. I already have quite a full cards picked out, I've already bought 20 of them. What cards do you suggest?
