Seroma & scar massage question !

Hi everyone. I wanted to ask a question regarding seromas. And then the massages.

I'm 3 weeks post op tomorrow, and at my follow-up the dr said I had a seroma (I could tell lol) and that he'd have to keep draining it till it goes away.

It was 40mls he drained. I ... also fainted from the pressure of a new complication (I hate going with the flow lol).

1. Any tips to not get worked up (I know it doesn't hurt - I think it caught me off guard)
2. ⁠can I prevent them ?
3. ⁠if this happened to you - how long till it stopped ? (The seromas)
4. Does exercising help or make it worse?
5. Does any thing ... help it not develop? And is it bad it's happening??
6. Also, I need to start massaging my scar over the tape. Any tips or advice welcomed.
